Members of Bridgeport City Council toured ongoing construction of “The Bridge” Indoor Sports & Recreation Complex. The $45 million-plus facility – which will house multiple basketball and volleyball courts, soccer fields, competitive and recreational swimming pools, walking/running track, gym with workout amenities and much more – is expected to be completed in the spring of 2021. It is located on Forrester Boulevard, just off Route 131 and adjacent to Bridgeport Recreation Complex baseball facility.  Photos of the tour, led by project leads, can be seen HERE.
